Craig Crossley

Metrics Consultant

Dr. Crossley is a Metrics Consultant at Schwan’s University, in Marshall, MN, a position he assumed in 2007. Prior to this appointment, he worked at The Gallup Leadership Institute in Nebraska and helped design the assessment and evaluation of leadership development programs for organizations such as the National Institute of Corrections, and Veterans Administration Hospital, among others. He has conducted marketing and management research and consulting for public and private companies. Dr. Crossley also serves as a Visiting Research Associate in the College of Business at the University of Nebraska. His research has been presented at international conferences and published in highly respected journals such as Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. Dr. Crossley is also on the editorial board for the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, on Corporate University Xchange’s Executive Council for Measurement, and the Chair of Leadership Development on the Academy of Management’s Practice Theme Committee.
