Jim Harwood is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound. Jim possesses over 17 years of experience with the Farmers Insurance Group of companies including leadership positions in Personal Lines Underwriting, Marketing and Field Management. As Assistant Vice President, Sales Training and Development for Farmers, Jim’s responsibilities include the development of all training for over 22,000 independent contractor agents, agency staff and district managers.
