Michael Nance
Manager of Operational Effectiveness
Michael Nance is Manager of Operational Effectiveness, Global Talent Management, Human Resources of Deere & Company. He has held the position since February 2008. In his position, Mike oversees support services for Global Talent Management operations including learning administration, facility, financial operations, and metrics.
Mike joined the company in l976. He has held positions in Engineering, Supply Management, and Human Resources. Prior to his current position, Mike was the Operations Manager for Global Learning and Development.
Mike is a l975 graduate of Bradley University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering.
