Manager - Employee Education and Development

Dr. Makely manages Employee Education and Development for Clarian Health Partners in Indianapolis. She is a Radiologic Technologist with a Master’s degree in Education and a Ph.D. in Human Resources. Dr. Makely has developed and directed health sciences education programs, career development initiatives, and workforce development projects for more than thirty years. She’s a textbook author on topics including professionalism, health careers, cross-training, and teamwork. Dr. Makely serves on the design and development team for the Clarian Learning Alliance, Clarian Health’s new corporate university.
