Todd Ritter

Program Manager

Todd Ritter is a Program Manager within KnowledgeWorks, a corporate university of over 300 associates, serving more than 64,000 clients annually & 8,000 associates. Since joining Cerner in 2000, Todd frequently provides consultation regarding measurement & evaluations strategies, learning metrics and certification design. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of our core performance improvement process called ADAPT. He began his career as an Education Psychologist, responsible for measuring student and teacher performance in the classroom, including student IQ. Todd graduated from Utah State University with a BS and MS degrees in Psychology. He is a member of ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement)
