Prior to joining CorpU, Matt spent 10 years developing medical education and evaluation programs at the National Board of Medical Examiners. He later was a managing consultant at ICF International, where he led evaluations of education and nutrition programs in over 30 countries. At Connolly, a leading healthcare recovery audit firm, he led the design and deployment of unsupervised machine-learning systems that dramatically increased audit accuracy, generating millions of dollars in pure margin for the CMS/Medicare team.
Matt has published widely on educational assessment and program evaluation. He teaches and presents regularly on the topics of statistics, analytics and data science to international audiences. He holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
