Since 1999, the most creative and talented organizations that manage corporate and government learning organizations are honored annually through the Corporate University Xchange Awards for Excellence and innovation in Corporate Learning. This distinction recognizes innovators whose programs and strategies exemplify the term "best practice." A panel of independent judges review detailed applications from corporate and government learning organizations worldwide in order to select the winners.
