Reed has served as Caterpillar’s Knowledge Sharing Manager since 2001. He is responsible for a variety of communication efforts including Caterpillar’s Knowledge Network. He has worked in various capacities for Caterpillar Inc. for more than 29 years including positions in sales, product support, purchasing, quality and manufacturing.
