Scott Mumma is a Human Capital Measurement expert with over two decades of experience in senior executive positions in technology and education industries. Scott served as Chief Financial Officer for KnowledgePlanet, responsible for all finance, accounting, legal, compliance, and tax operations. Scott negotiated well over $100 million in transactions, building and perfecting systems and processes to measure return on investment. Scott has led mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and equity financings of education businesses over the past decade. Prior to KnowledgePlanet, Scott was CFO at KnowledgeSoft and InSoft.
His current work is focused on holistic human capital measurement (aka - The Hidden Balance Sheet of Knowledge). Scott works with large, global organizations to improve human capital with innovative approaches to Planning, Scorecards, and Measurement. His client work spans four continents.
Scott holds a Doctorate in Law from Dickinson Law School, a Masters in Finance and Investment Analysis from Exeter University England, and a BA (magna cum laude) from Dickinson College.
Dr. Rebecca Ray is a seasoned professional with more than twenty years of academic, corporate and consulting experience and a track record of success and recognition for excellence and innovation in talent management. In 2008, Rebecca was selected as the “Chief Learning Officer of the Year” by Chief Learning Officer magazine and named to the first-ever list of “Top 100 People in Leadership Development” by Leadership Excellence magazine.
Rebecca has held senior leadership positions at MasterCard Worldwide, Comcast Cable Communications, American Skandia, Prudential Securities and Merrill Lynch. Prior to her corporate experience, Rebecca led a consulting practice which offered leadership assessment and development programs to Fortune 500 companies. Her areas of expertise include assessment and selection, employee training and development/corporate universities, management and leadership development, diversity, executive coaching and mentoring, executive education, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management and succession management.
Alan is Chairman of the Board for Corporate University Xchange, the world's leading corporate university research and advisory company. While serving as a thought leader in the learning industry, Alan founded and served as CEO for two successful global learning companies. Over the past 20 years, he has won many learning industry awards and has spoken at conferences around the world on workforce development strategies.
Prior to joining CorpU, Alan was Chairman and CEO of KnowledgePlanet, a company he founded that helped launch the eLearning revolution delivering over 6 million courses annually in over 150 countries.
Alan holds a master's degree from The Wharton School and The Graduate School of Education from the University Of Pennsylvania. He serves on the board of trustees for several United States based Universities.
Sue Todd is President of Corporate University Xchange. She works as an advisor to Global 2000 organizations on all aspects of designing learning strategies, monitoring the impact of learning and development on business performance, and implementing enterprise-wide learning technology infrastructures. Sue also administers the development of CorpU research.
Sue has more than 20 years of experience consulting with corporate universities and learning and development groups on performance management, eLearning, learning content, program measurement and other HR and training-related topics. She has taken the lead on corporate university design projects with companies like Air Products, M&M Mars, Rio Tinto and others, and has presented at ASTD and Training events and other industry conferences.
