Presenters:
As Vice President, Global Talent Management & Development, Ann Schulte leads MasterCard University, and is responsible for Learning and Development at MasterCard Worldwide. Her portfolio includes classroom learning, team building, eLearning, instructional design, content development, evaluation and metrics, instructional media, performance support, executive education and tuition reimbursement, as well administration of the learning management system and corporate learning portal. Before joining MasterCard in 2002, she was a principal of her own consulting practice. In that role, she delivered learning and performance improvement solutions for clients such as Helzberg Diamonds, Sprint, Ferrellgas, and the Kansas City Zoo, in addition to conducting major projects for MasterCard.
Ann will defend her doctoral dissertation in Work-based Learning Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania/Wharton School of Business in May. Her dissertation is on the role of Learning & Development in Employer Brand Practices. She holds a master’s degree in Media from Webster University, and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Missouri. She is an inaugural member of the Women in HR Networking Group sponsored by Saint Louis University, through which she mentors new graduates in the HR field. She is on the board of the ABA BankCard School of Management and serves on the Public Policy Council of the American Society for Training and Development.
