Alan Todd and Raj Ramachandran will describe what it takes to create, manage and sustain a performance management initiative. Their discussion will be based on the results of the May 2007 CUX study, Performance Management: A Critical Lever for Executing Business Strategies . One hundred and fifty companies filled out the survey, and 15 companies were interviewed about their processes. The insights derived from their responses form the basis for this discussion.

Presenters:
Raj recently joined CUX as Performance Management Research Practice Leader. Raj has 10 years experience in learning and performance, studying strategies and practices in Global 2000 organizations, including Goodyear, Dow Chemical, Washington Mutual and Sprint. Prior to joining CUX, Raj was the learning and performance management practice lead for TPI, a global sourcing advisory firm. He has also served as a business process consultant for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Alan is Chairman of the Board for Corporate University Xchange, the world's leading corporate university research and advisory company. While serving as a thought leader in the learning industry, Alan founded and served as CEO for two successful global learning companies. Over the past 20 years, he has won many learning industry awards and has spoken at conferences around the world on workforce development strategies.
Prior to joining CorpU, Alan was Chairman and CEO of KnowledgePlanet, a company he founded that helped launch the eLearning revolution delivering over 6 million courses annually in over 150 countries.
Alan holds a master's degree from The Wharton School and The Graduate School of Education from the University Of Pennsylvania. He serves on the board of trustees for several United States based Universities.
