Krys Moskal-Amdurer:

Krys Moskal-Amdurer has over 30 years experience in People Development in Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise lies in identifying needs, sourcing first-rate resources, and delivering customized solutions. In her career, she has built state-of-the-art programs and systems that supported organizations in identifying and tracking talent, in providing training resources, in unifying their performance management systems, and in evaluating effectiveness of processes.

In her role at Pearson People Development, she provides learning and development resources that reach over 25,000 employees around the world, 24/7, in multiple languages. Her duties include working with a director of learning technologies and a vendor manager, who ensure the advertising, enrollment, delivery, and evaluation/reporting processes work in multiple business units with multiple payroll and HRIS programs.

She also consults with senior executives on their strategic objectives and customized programs for their employees. She provides just-in-time resources for leadership, communication, teamwork, professional development, working virtually and cross culturally, etc.

Rebecca Ray:

Dr. Rebecca Ray is a seasoned professional with more than twenty years of academic, corporate and consulting experience and a track record of success and recognition for excellence and innovation in talent management. In 2008, Rebecca was selected as the “Chief Learning Officer of the Year” by Chief Learning Officer magazine and named to the first-ever list of “Top 100 People in Leadership Development” by Leadership Excellence magazine.

Rebecca has held senior leadership positions at MasterCard Worldwide, Comcast Cable Communications, American Skandia, Prudential Securities and Merrill Lynch. Prior to her corporate experience, Rebecca led a consulting practice which offered leadership assessment and development programs to Fortune 500 companies. Her areas of expertise include assessment and selection, employee training and development/corporate universities, management and leadership development, diversity, executive coaching and mentoring, executive education, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management and succession management.

Irada Sadykhova:

Irada Sadykhova is the Director of Leadership & Organization Effectiveness of the Engineering Excellence at Microsoft. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, methodologies, and analytics, using which the Engineering Excellence teams design and implement their learning and performance improvement solutions, with the ultimate goal to drive growth and innovation. Additionally, Irada is leading efforts around building engineering leadership development and community solutions.

Prior to coming to Microsoft, Irada worked in a variety of leadership roles for the Cendant companies including managing sales, IT, and HR organizations.

Originally, she is from Russia, where she taught at the St. Petersburg State University. Irada holds various degrees in linguistics, education, philosophy, psychology, and political science. She is the Advocate for the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and is serving on the advisory board of the Bellevue Community College.

Bradley Samargya:

Brad Samargya is Corporate SVP/Chief Learning Officer for CA, Inc. and is responsible for employee, partner and customer training world-wide. In addition is leads CA’s web 2.0 and knowledge management initiatives. He has over 25 years of experience in managing global training and consulting businesses. Prior to joining CA he ran global learning for Siebel Systems and Sybase, Inc. While at Siebel he was also General Manager of Siebel’s CRM OnDemand Services business, of On Target, (a sales methodology, training and consulting business) and of Siebel’s Global End User Services and Change Management Practice.

Mr. Samargya also held a senior management position in the Educational and Professional Publishing Division at McGraw-Hill, Inc. He started his career at Price Waterhouse where he spent over eleven years supporting several Fortune 100 clients. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University, is also a Certified Public Accountant.
