Presenters:
Joe Beaudry, Manager of New Technology, joined Verizon Wireless in 2006 as a Curriculum Developer for the National Data Training Team. Joe's innovative approach to creating easy to understand curriculum on complex subjects eventually landed him on the e-Learning Production team. Joe now manages the New Technology team for the Learning Technology team with a focus on social learning and learning 2.0 strategy. Prior to Verizon Wireless, Joe held various roles in high tech companies with a focus on internet communications and the web.
Marshall Davis, Consultant - Workforce Development, has been in the wireless industry for over 10 years. He joined Verizon Wireless in 2009 as a Curriculum Developer within Workforce Development. He currently leads all development projects for the Device Training team and is the lead editor for the Device Blog.
Pete Beck, Director of Learning Technology & Operations, has worked for Verizon Wireless and several of its legacy companies for over 21 years. He has held a number of positions through his tenure from Federal Government Account Executive, Technical Training Manager to Associate Director of E-learning. In his current role Pete is responsible for the strategic direction and management of Verizon Wireless’ Learning Management Applications (LMS & LCMS), New Technology and overall Operations for the national learning organization.
