Presenters:
Cindy Thatcher is a Research Analyst for Corporate University Xchange. Her responsibilities include research and analysis on current topics that are deemed challenging to the learning and development industry. Her areas of expertise include employee recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training.
Prior to joining CorpU, Cindy worked as a Training Manager for McKonly & Asbury, LLP where she developed and oversaw the Training and Career Development program. She has built programs to support the firm’s strengths-based culture and has implemented new-hire orientation, external, and sales training programs, and a compliance monitoring system.
Cindy also served as a Staff Recruitment Coordinator for the Fredricksen Library in Camp Hill, and as a General Store Manager for Gap Stores. She is MBTI certified and a member of ASTD and ISPI.
Cindy earned a B.S. from Marywood University, and is currently working towards a master’s degree in Training & Development from Capella University.
