Marcia Dresner is a Senior Research Analyst for Corporate University Xchange. She conducts research and analysis of learning and development issues, and provides advisory services to a range of Fortune 500 companies based on that research. Marcia has edited and written numerous research reports, as well as the CorpU Journal and CorpU Annual Benchmarking reports, and manages the CorpU Analyst Inquiry process.

Prior to joining CorpU, Marcia was service director for the Human Capital Strategies Service at Syndicated Research Group and provided research for high-level human resource executives. Prior to that she was a Managing Editor for two publications at the American Chemical Society. She has a B. S. degree in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
