The Gala is a black-tie event that features the presentations of the Excellence, Best Practice and Exemplary Practice awards to the category finalists.

Finalists include Boeing, MasterCard, The Schwan Food Company, UBS, Turkcell and others. The applicants were judged by a distinguished group of experts from QUALCOMM, Credit Suisse, Duke Executive Education, and Cisco Systems, and others.

The evening will begin with a cocktail reception, followed by a formal dinner and the awards ceremony. The evening will continue with dancing and more opportunities to meet and mingle with the award winners, judges and other guests. Attendees include Peter Cappelli, George W. Taylor Professor of Management and Director, Center for Human Resources, at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; JetBlue CLO Mike Barger; and Doug Lynch, Vice Dean, Graduate School of Education, University of Pennsylvania.
