Corporate University Xchange creates Executive Councils as needed to discuss issues and challenges in well-defined areas of learning and development. These “working groups” of executives discuss issues and share concerns. They help to identify where gaps exist in each organization’s programs, and determine if work being done by another organization can be shared to close those gaps. They also assist CorpU in determining what the critical research requirements are in their particular area.

Members collaborate among themselves and with the CorpU research team through meetings, phone conferences, webinars, and a collaborative portal. The portal enables council members to discuss ideas and share, review and revise documents to direct targeted research and the creation of solutions that address their challenges.

Each group will have a limited number of members to ensure participation and facilitate information sharing. Each organization will assign no more than two members to each council.
