CorpU TV: Now Showing at a Computer Near You

Multimedia Platform Debuts with Mini-Documentary Detailing JetBlue’s Path to Success.

If you’ve been at learning industry meetings this year, you may have seen them – the CorpU interview team. For the majority of last year, they have been talking to industry leaders at more than 50 global businesses about how they create and maintain their superior programs. Now that information is available through a new multimedia-rich website showing a series of mini-documentaries and an archive of video interviews.

“The link between human capital and success in today’s global business world cannot be overemphasized,” according to Alan Todd, Chairman of the Board, Corporate University Xchange. “CorpU has long helped organizations develop workforce talent and leadership by providing detailed benchmarking studies and trend-focused reports. CorpU TV brings that information sharing to a new level with its multimedia format, allowing businesses to see first-hand how to turn corporate learning into a competitive advantage.”

CorpU’s new mini-documentary series, “The People Factor,” debuts on CorpU TV and details the steps that world-class organizations take to cultivate talent and grow leaders. New episodes on various topics will be released every two months. “The People Factor” premier episode features JetBlue, a company that credits its people and customer-driven culture for its success, and has a stringent commitment to employee development. JetBlue’s ability to thrive in the highly competitive airline industry is impressive given that only seven of the 27 airlines that have gone public since 1980 still exist. The documentary showcases JetBlue University’s immersive onboarding experience and deep leadership involvement.

In addition to “The People Factor,” CorpU TV features a searchable database of video interviews with learning executives at leading global companies. Hear Dave Vance, former president of Caterpillar University, Diana Oreck, of Ritz-Carleton, Ed Cohen of Satyam and more discuss Enterprise Learning, Performance Management, Culture, Measurement, and more. Website visitors can comment on videos and upload content to create an interactive experience.
