Overview
Capacity planning can tell L&D leaders what projects can be done in a given timeframe, when they can be finished, and what resources are needed to successfully complete them. It can help to moderate the impact of resource limitations for course development, course delivery, and facilities, and help find and alleviate the inevitable bottlenecks that prevent projects from being completed according to schedule.
