CorpU offers two types of benchmarking services:
I. Standard Benchmarking
CorpU will benchmark your corporate learning department against current best practices in learning strategy, measurement, delivery, technology, vendor management, and more. CorpU leverages primary research data for analysis. Senior CorpU researchers will assess your existing corporate learning department, probing such factors as: funding model, budget, organization and staffing, implementation of e-learning, curricula, partnerships with universities, certification, custom degree programs, measurement and evaluation metrics, technology-enabled delivery, and marketing and communications. The goal of the benchmarking service is to increase learning effectiveness while reducing costs in the operation and management of your corporate learning department. II. Custom Benchmarking
Building on the foundation of the standard benchmarking service, CorpU develops custom benchmarks tailored to your organizations needs. CorpU leverages primary research data for analysis. The custom benchmarking services extend data collection with the development of custom surveys for fielding to a broader audience. Based on client need, CorpU develops survey tools to target specific client issues. These surveys are then fielded to target companies. Data is gathered and a new benchmark is created as a result.
