Our custom research services enable clients to tailor critical
benchmarking information to their own unique needs. Our analysts begin
each research engagement by working closely with clients to understand
their needs and select methods for gathering information. Client reports
integrate a variety of information -- annual benchmarking trends, case
studies, literature reviews, and vendor service summaries, for example

Survey target audience for receptivity to a potential online university
CorpU surveyed over 1,000 suppliers and clients of a global construction
company to determine their interest in purchasing online learning
services.
Outcome: client confirmed business case for investment in new e-learning
curriculum targeted at customers.
Benchmark world-class leadership facilities
CorpU interviewed seven corporate universities chosen by the client to
understand their current best practices in their leadership facilities.
Outcome: client determined goals for upgrading their leadership facility
to state of the art.
Focus groups with learning professionals on potential new product introduction
CorpU designed, arranged, and led a series of focus groups with learning
professionals to determine their receptiveness to the client's brand and
potential offering.
Outcome: client positioned its product offering to fit with target
market expectations.
Benchmark e-learning offerings worldwide
CorpU surveyed the client's e-learning user population and compared the
results to CorpU's survey of 4,100 e-learners; plus benchmarked the client
against CorpU databases in corporate university practices, as well as
e-learning practices. Finally CorpU interviewed seven select corporate
universities and arranged two site visits.
Outcome: client identified gaps in its offering and implemented
improvements.
