Workshop Structure and Methods
Our workshop’s modular design provides flexibility allowing you and your
team to meet your specific needs through customization. The workshop
approach provides the work group with best practice models, methods and
processes in the context of actually producing a specific e-learning
strategy, pilot program design, test & evaluation process and
implementation strategy for e-learning. The following is a typical
agenda:
DAY ONE – MORNING
- Context Definition: define the business supply chain, application of e-enabled infrastructure and e-commerce

- Critical Success Factors: define what e-learning must achieve and for whom, i.e. what is the value proposition
|
- Measurement: define what measurements are possible, necessary and how they will be accomplished
|
DAY ONE - AFTERNOON
- Benchmarking: Review what other organizations have accomplished using e-learning, what problems they have been trying to solve, and what technologies best meets their needs, i.e. survey of e-learning

- Technology Option Review and Selection: Review various e-learning technologies and select optimum mix for pilot program
|
DAY TWO – MORNING
- Program Selection: Review learning program options against criteria from Day One and prioritize selection of optimum e-learning programs to be piloted and for early launch
|
- Pilot Design: Define the sequence of events for the Pilot, the work breakdown structure and critical measurement points, as well as other milestones
|
- Program Plan: Design e-learning pilot and implementation plan
|
- Request for Quotation (RFQ): Identify work effort to be performed by suppliers and structure RFQ content and vendor selection parameters

DAY TWO - AFTERNOON
- Request for Proposal: Develop RFP essential and evaluation criteria for selecting e-learning suppliers

- Next Steps: Define Action Plan for Pilot Program management
