Components of the Top Performer Blueprint include:
- The 12-dimenson benchmarking diagnostic (described above)
- Interactive, on-line reports showing strengths, weaknesses, performance quartiles and indices generated by the CorpU Analytics tool (more reports than are available in the free version)
- A review of your diagnostic results by a senior analyst with joint development of a strategic plan to move your performance to the “Top Performer” quartile
