Content Distribution

Distributing content to employees in your learning organization is more than loading the elements into your learning system; it entails developing and executing a plan around the rationale, strategy, design, and implementation of courses, programs, curriculum for all levels and areas.

Large, global companies (and even many smaller ones) have complex organizational structures that make it difficult to make sure that the right people are getting the messages being delivered from the corporate or business unit level. This issue also affects the learning organization because even the most well-designed learning intervention will not be effective unless the right people know about it and are encouraged to attend. This makes content distribution as important as the actual creation of the learning, and getting it done may require a partner to help set up systems to create the right set of tools and communications channels as well as the technical integration points to make sure it works, end to end.
