These organizations offer specific courses and programs meant to address the specific needs and requirements of industry verticals such as energy and utilities, financial services and banking, hospitality, industrial and manufacturing, medical and health care, among others.
When the basic functions of employees in a company are consistent with the standards for a particular industry, vendor partners should be considered as a way to jump-start learning. The ability to inject company-specific processes and procedures or reflect the corporate culture should be a factor in choosing a partner.
