Founded in 1990 by Ronna Caras, Caras Training is a team of trainers who assess, design, develop, deliver and implement training programs for companies. Caras offers training programs for retail salespeople, for service and technical staff, and for newly promoted supervisors, team leaders and managers. The company delivers training program in Interactive Instructor Led Workshops, Computer-Based Self-Paced Lessons and Web-Based Programs formats.
