Formed in 1970 by Smith Richardson, the Center for Creative Leadership offers executive education programs focusing primarily on leadership skills. The Center for Creative Leadership serves more than 20,000 individuals, representing 120 nationalities. The organization partners with more than 3,000 companies. 

The Center for Creative Leadership offers a portfolio of 14 different Open-enrollment Programs, a wide array of Customized Organizational Solutions, Assessment Instruments and Feedback Services, Leadership Coaching, publications and online resources.

The Center employs nearly 600 faculty and staff and maintains relationships with approximately 500 adjunct faculty members worldwide.
