Telephone Doctor provides DVD-based training courses addressing customer service, telephone skills, communication and management development topics.

Web-Based training

This training facilitates learning from self-paced video segments, quizzes, answer feedback, key-point reminders & certificates of completion. It also includes admin system for managers to assign and track progress. Company also makes available the LMS versions.

Live Training

Telephone Doctor allows clients to select from a proven suite of service training workshops for live training sessions. The company also provides corporate and association keynote presentations for large groups and trainer certification among others.
