Founder of Third Wave Workforce, Kathy Emmenecker has developed a number of programs that support newly-arrived immigrants and refugees seeking to establish themselves in the US.  Kathy has developed a wide range of customized workplace ESL programs for manufacturing, healthcare, food processing, food service, and skilled trades, among others. Train-The-Trainer Program will orient staff to the underlying assumptions and principles of the training, introduce all 17 modules, and provide instruction for the facilitation of activities.

Instructor Led Video based Training

At request, one of the company’s Master Trainers can facilitate video-based Multicultural Workplace Training Program. Its trainers will introduce the program, answer questions, and facilitate all training activities and discussions.
