Founded in 1881 by Joseph Wharton, The Wharton School offers executive education programs through Aresty Institute of Executive Education. The executive education programs are conducted in more than 40 countries and cater to more than 9K participants. Wharton has eleven academic departments including more than 300 Faculty (approximately 30% international) and an alumni network of 85,000 individual across 140 countries. These programs comprise technology platforms to engage participants and their managers back in the work environment, brainstorming sessions to discuss barriers to implementation, and voluntary coaching. Custom programs have elements of open-enrollment programs as well.
