Founded in 2003, Zimbra is an open source server software for email and collaboration - email, group calendar, contacts, instant messaging, file storage and web document management. Zimbra was acquired by VMware in January of 2010. Headquartered in San Mateo, California the company has its other offices in India and United Kingdom. Zimbra has more than 150 employees.
ZCS is an email and calendar server. It also provides document storage and editing, instant messaging, and simplified administrative controls.
