Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and Director of Wharton's Center for Human Resources. A featured speaker at many talent management events, Professor Cappelli was recently named by Vault.com as one the 25 most important people working in the area of human capital.
