Carl M. Rhodes is the Chief Operating Officer of CorpU. Prior to joining the company in 2017, he served as CEO of the Human Capital Institute (HCI), where he more than doubled the company’s sales and revenue through organic growth, attained record profits, secured external investors, and dramatically transformed the company’s product set, operations, culture and strategy. While at CEB, he developed new-to-world content that was cited in the Harvard Business Review, the Economist and the Washington Post, among many others outlets, and that helped form the basis of new product development and service extensions.
A veteran entrepreneur, he also co-founded and ran Kairos Networks, launching new subscription-based businesses and advising leading firms in the B2B membership, research, online-community and corporate-education spaces. Throughout his career, he has believed in and leveraged the power of ideas, peer groups, and evidence-based content to generate both economic return as well as to change lives for the better. Carl received his PhD from Rice University and his BS from Colorado College.
