Rob Bernard has more than 20 years of experience in data science, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, text mining, machine learning, forecasting, and technical management working in large-scale manufacturing, management consulting, education and training, and governmental agencies. He is an industry recognized leader in developing and implementing analytics that combine both quantitative and qualitative technical and behavioral information to detect anomalous behavior in various domains such as national security and intelligence, insider threat, and workplace safety. He has led external consulting engagements and internal consulting teams, solving problems that required predicting human behavior in an uncertain environment. Working in both successful start-ups and established firms, Rob has proven to be adept in designing approaches to these thorny problems, gathering and leading teams to implement solutions, and successfully communicating these complex issues to customers.
