When people come together in groups, a culture naturally develops. With many of us converting our meetings and our work to a virtual setting, we must remember that culture is still always with us – we are still people interacting together. We need to fight any tendencies to isolate and disregard our common needs; we need to keep a keen focus on cultivating culture.

Moreso, we have to be vigilant about quality networking, even if it is more difficult right now given the world circumstances.
