Provide Strength Through Culture & Networking

When people come together in groups, a culture naturally develops. With many of us converting our meetings and our work to a virtual setting, we must remember that culture is still always with us – we are still people interacting together. We need to fight any tendencies to isolate and disregard our common needs; we need to keep a keen focus on cultivating culture.

In this video, Mario Moussa, author of Committed Teams, describes the importance of people staying connected throughout this crisis, by being prescriptive about their company culture. Moreso, we have to be vigilant about quality networking, even if it is more difficult right now given the world circumstances. Give extra emphasis to being supportive and compassionate in your relationships, not a source of pressure.
