Solution Architect

What You'll Do:

  • Understand the business problem of a senior executive or team
  • Apply one of our methodologies, frameworks, or set of tools to that journey toward change
  • Coach customer in identifying the measurable, actionable insights they seek, what that will look like and how we will know
  • Tailor the products to the specific goals, including adapting the technology and course content to meet the group where they are
  • Implement the jointly determined solution in the company, by capturing what’s in the hearts and minds of their people through structured dialogue
  • Analyze the data for actionable insights that will change the way executives think and act
  • Provide reporting to review findings, determine next steps, grow account

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years in a premier management consulting company that does organizational design, change management, performance management, leadership and strategy development
  • A customer orientation: maintaining relationships, developing accounts
  • Business acumen, can analyze data to derive actionable insights for business leaders
  • Excitement about social collaborative learning and technology
  • Proven skill in managing B2B projects: establishing priorities, interfacing with C suite leaders, tracking & reporting plans, meeting deadlines
  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably with some coursework in business, management, technology, leadership development, or communication
