How to Design Virtual Learning on CORP/U

Virtualize Strategic Learning Effectively

Created in partnership with: CorpU

Description

Across the globe, we are all grappling with the same disruptions to our leadership development and change management practices. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are facing the tough decision of canceling face-to-face leadership meetings, conferences, workshops, and training events in order to keep our people safe. CorpU can help you virtualize these types of meetings and programs, as we’ve been doing with our customers with great success. Our technology is intuitive and simple to learn & use, and the methodology is scientifically sound and creating breakthrough outcomes for leaders, their teams, and their company’s bottom lines.

At CORP/U we know that learning participants can experience the same and even greater benefits of deep dialogue and collaboration that happen at in-person events, through our technology and methodology. In fact, without the location or time limitations of a traditional classroom or meeting setting, participants have the freedom to absorb content, apply it, and engage with other thinkers, at times and locations that enable continued and safe learning and strategic progress. And the more introverted but equally talented workers who typically neglect to participate or engage vocally, find themselves more comfortable to share and collaborate. Brilliant ideas are created, barriers are reduced, and leaders make more of a positive difference.

NOW AVAILABLE: Our Learning Sprint on How to Design Virtual Learning on CorpU is immediately available and we will continue to run it as needed in the coming weeks ahead. Join us for the next session, there are no prerequisites needed. Learn how to effectively convert an existing education or change initiative to an online interactive format.

In one short week, a commitment of 3 hours total, done virtually but in a live, paced, guided cohort, we will explore practical application of our design methodology and provide you with the tools you need to be successful in creating your own virtual experience within the CorpU platform. Through this sprint, you’ll have access to:

  • Design Templates
  • Tools and Checklists
  • Tips and Best Practices for sprint activities
  • Sample Project Plans
  • Rubrics to aid design reviews

The next two cohorts will run:
Monday-Friday, March 23-March 27; Live Event Capstone is Friday, March 27 at 11:30am ET
Monday-Friday, March 30-April 3; Live Event Capstone is Friday, April 3 at 11:30am ET

The course commitment is 30 minutes per day for four days in online activities, a collection of short activities you do at your own pace each day from your computer. On the fifth day, we will join together on a GoToWebinar call from 11:30am-12:30pm ET to answer questions, brainstorm, and share best practices with the CORP/U experts and your cohort peers.
