About This Course
In this sprint, we work with participants to discuss the possibilities of being leaders who are growing constantly, putting away existing assumptions. We will walk through illustrations of how leaders actually make a break from the culture, often in response to a difficult event or crisis, instead “acting upon” the culture as agents of change.
- Influencing without authority
- Leadership begins with seeing deeply
- Seeing deeply makes a leader effective
- There are four roots of transformational leadership
- The root of moral power is the common good
This one-week sprint is part of a 20-week series 100 Day Leaders Journey designed to help you develop the leadership skills already inside you, by regularly dedicating about ten minutes of your valuable time each day to taking charge of your own leadership development. You will be challenged to not only think about what it means to become a more effective leader, but you will be asked to take what you learn every day, put it into practice (or, at least try an experiment or two), and share the results and impact of your actions with the colleagues taking this journey with you.
