About This Course
Innovations fail when a new product, service or experience does not create value by addressing a real customer need. This session will explore how to gain insights about customers or users, and envision a total experience, in order to dramatically bolster innovation success rates.
Join this Expert Session to learn how journey mapping and voice of the customer helps teams:
- Think systematically about the steps that customers—internal or external—when they interact with a product, service or process
- Derive customer or user insights as they breakdown a process to see its tangible steps
- Use Voice of the Customer interviews to validate hypotheses about customer journeys
How Do Expert Sessions Work?
This Expert Session requires roughly 90 minutes of your time over the course of two days. On the first day, participants will engage in 30 minutes of self-paced learning on CorpU's online platform. On the second day, participants will attend a 60-minute debrief with expert Ralph S. Cummins, Faculty Leader at ISBM at Penn State and President of the EMM Group.
